Minerva

Nestled between the Hudson River, Vanderwacker Mountain Wild Forest & The Hoffman Notch Wilderness is the Township of Minerva and the hamlet of Olmstedville.

Minerva offers great family-oriented recreation: from the 100-acre Minerva Lake/Donnelly Beach, to Day Trip Trails along the Hudson River, and to Huntley & Stoney Ponds.

During the summer months, enjoy the Minerva Campground and Recreation Park or visit us in the winter and take advantage of the x-country trails, Warming Hut and Ice rink.

To beat the winter blues, enjoy the week-long Winter Carnival in February, come and celebrate our kick off to summer on Minerva Day in July or wind it down during Teddy Roosevelt Weekend in September.
